Craving something sweet and easy? It doesn’t get better than this Strawberries and Cream Colada! Inspired by a classic strawberry colada, this dessert cocktail uses Bailey’s Strawberries and Cream strawberry liqueur for the sweet strawberry flavor with some coconut rum to add a tropical flair.

I served this up in a martini glass for presentation, but you could serve it in any glass.

This makes a great Valentine’s Day cocktail, but I can definitely see myself sipping it all summer long, maybe with some frozen strawberries by the pool!
